About Us
Peeling paint, water stains, and scuffed walls make a good home look tired and leave wood and stucco exposed, and rushed paint jobs without preparation cause early peeling, blotchy sheen, and mildew. We fix the root problems, carry out careful preparation, and apply the right coatings, and at Dunedin Painters in Dunedin we handle interior house painter projects, exterior house painter work, and roof painter coatings that hold up.
Our lead painters have years of real field work and it shows in the details you can see up close. We wash, scrape, sand, prime, and caulk the right way, we schedule exteriors when the forecast is dry and temperatures sit between about 50 and 90 degrees, we avoid direct sun to cut lap marks, and we follow lead safe methods in homes built before 1978.
You get clear pricing, a written scope, and start and finish dates that we honour. We protect your floors and landscaping, clean up every day, stand behind our work with a strong warranty, and share references and photos so you can feel confident from the first call.
Interiors cover walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, drywall repair, and stain blocking, which keeps rooms clean, washable, and low odour with low volatile organic compound options. Exteriors and roofs cover siding, stucco, brick, trim, decks, fences, and roof coating for metal or concrete tile, which seals out water, slows rust and UV wear, and can add years of service when the roof is sound.
